- I am a professional photoshop artist, wife, and mother of a wonderful 19 year old young lady. We work out with our heroes every day, and enjoy quoting them in random situations. We went back to ballroom dance as a hobby, do live steel combat with our acting troupe (the Seattle Knights), volunteer for Girl Scouts, Civil Air Patrol, and Sunflower Children in whatever free time is available (to satisfy the mind, body and spirit). My daughter and I also donate our hair every few years to cancer survivors. As you can see, if you start with a healthy body, the mind and spirit part just follow. To quote the infamous Joss Whedon (Ok, maybe not Ghandi, but Joss is funnier, and the concept is the same) "...live as though the world were as it should be, to show it how it can be!" I love being an inspiration for others! Seriously! I have come a long way, and I know that if I can do it ANYONE can!
