So, I did. I can pump out 20, but they suck. I can't get my nose to the floor, and I can't hold them. I remember the first time I did P90X Chest and Back. I could not move my arms afterward! Turning the wheel presented a problem! I was going to quit then and there! And when Ab Ripper I first tried, I was unable to get through the majority of the moves!
Long and short, I came a long way, baby! And I do NOT want to go back! As soon as my doc says I can start P90X again, I will. And I better get my groove back, or there will be hell to pay!
